QLF Cornoavirus (COVID-19) Update

March 23, 2020

March 23, 2020

We recognize this is an unsettling time, as the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation is rapidly evolving around the globe and now in our nation.  We are closely monitoring developments related to the spread of the virus, and our priority remains the safety of our employees, dealers, and end users.

As a valued customer, we are committed to continuing to provide you support and product – during these uncertain times, and always.

We remain fully operational, and we are taking every necessary step to continue to provide the service you rely on, with a minimal level of disruption as events unfold, while keeping our team members safe.  As states, counties, cities and federal authorities implement curfews and shelter-in-place orders essential employees will be permitted to continue working.  QLF will keep our operations running as we are an essential business and workforce just as all of you are as well.  We must continue to operate as Quality Liquid Feeds, Inc and QLF Transportation is needed to contribute to the food supply.  Quality Liquid Feeds and QLF Transportation will continue to operate in a safe and cautious manner to ensure our industry is providing the food to the animals that ultimately provide the food that feeds our Nation.  We respect and appreciate the policies all of you have in place as well and we will abide by your requests for safe and proper deliveries.

As for our own operations, we are promoting social distancing, having sanitizer and disinfectant supplies available for our team members, we are restricting non-essential business travel, requiring self-isolation for employees travelling from high-risk areas or are reporting potential exposure, encouraging virtual meetings, postponing large events, restricting visitors at our locations, ensuring our key suppliers have continuity plans in place and doing all we can to keep our employees informed of COVID-19 developments, keep them safe and keep them updated of QLF’s plans.  We will continue to evaluate the COVID-19 situation and take guidance from public health authorities.

Our thoughts go out to anyone who may be affected by the coronavirus. Please reach out to any of us, if we can do anything to help you and your organization in these challenging and uncertain times.  Thank you to EVERYONE for your dedication and commitment to QLF, our employees, customers and suppliers.  We greatly appreciate your business and want to thank you for your continued trust in QLF and in our people.  Thank you to all of you for keeping the food supply chain going.  This certainly is a great time for agriculture to shine, rise to the occasion, and gain back the trust and credibility that our industry has lost from certain groups and that we all deserve.

Stay healthy,

Cory Berg
