We are seeking a motivated and organized Transportation Dispatcher to join our Transportation team!

Position Summary:
As a Transportation Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of freight, managing drivers’ schedules, and ensuring on-time delivery. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch drivers, trucks, and loads      based on customer needs and company resources.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely      delivery.
• Communicate with drivers to provide updates,      instructions, and support.
• Resolve delivery issues and proactively manage      potential delays or conflicts.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer      satisfaction and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required;      associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or      transportation preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with dispatch software and Microsoft      Office Suite (or willingness to learn).
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
