We are seeking a versatile individual to oversee agronomy administrative tasks as well as agronomy manufacturing operations.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a flexible and driven individual to join our team as an Agronomy Administrative Assistant / Manufacturing Operative. This dual-role position involves overseeing administrative tasks related to agronomy operations and actively participating in the manufacturing process—specifically on the bottling line during the busy season. In the off-season, responsibilities extend to supporting operations in both our liquid and block production facilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with Dunlap’s plant managers and agronomy team.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support – Bottling Line (Busy Season):

• Coordinate product and ingredient orders.
• Prepare and maintain accurate production and inventory reports.
• Complete necessary documentation for daily operations.

Manufacturing Operations – Bottling Line (Busy Season):

• Ensure smooth operation of the bottling line.
• Load empty bottles onto the line.
• Assemble and label boxes.
• Pack filled bottles into boxes for distribution.

Facility Support (Off-Season):

• Assist in general operations across Dunlap facilities (liquid and block plants).
• Safely and efficiently operate forklifts to move materials and products.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Proficient in computer usage and administrative tools.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

· Forklift experience preferred (training can be provided).
