Liquid Feed Supplements Plant in Wellsville, OH

• The Wellsville plant was established in 1999.
• The plant is located in the Port of Columbiana County with access to the Ohio River for which the plant receives molasses barges, to having access to rail where they receive some of the plant ingredients.
• The plant has 22 load out tanks and 26 ingredient tanks. The plant has two truck scales for the convenience of the drivers coming in and out.
• There are 131 different formulas that are made at this facility.
• The plant has 3 mixers for mixing feed - two 25 tons mixers and one 12 ton mixer for mixing feed. The plant has a boiler, a 150 Hp, to keep products and ingredients at the right temperature.
• The plant is currently staffed by 4 full time people.
• The plant distributes throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, West Virginia, Virginia, Indiana and Michigan.
• Starting in March of 2010, the plant will have suspension capabilities.
• The plant is Safe Feed/Safe Food, FDA and FCI Certified through AFIA (American Feed Industry Association).
